nVent ERICO PermaGround systems utilize pure wrought copper extrusions. This prevents corrosion due to dissimilar metals and are pre-filled with inhibiting compound.

EXOTHERMIC SOLUTION
nVent ERICO Cadweld Plus

nVent ERICO Cadweld Plus exothermically welded connections are engineered to provide a permanent, molecular bond that will not loosen or corrode. The connections are designed to maintain for the life of the conductor and/or installation.

• Connections are made with inexpensive, lightweight equipment without the need for any special skills
• Connections have same current handling capability as the conductor

MECHANICAL SOLUTION
Ground Rods and Accessories

nVent ERICO offers GEM Ground Enhancement Material, a low-resistance, non-corrosive, carbon dust-based material that improves grounding effectiveness, especially in areas of poor conductivity. Also offered is nVent ERICO Quickfill No-Mix Ground Enhancing Backfill, which reduces resistance to ground and is designed to minimize dust and eliminate mixing.

C-CRIMPS
C-crimps are used to join two grounding conductors together in a grounding system with a compression tool. The C-crimps are made of high strength conductive copper.

E-CRIMPS
E-crimps are used to put two wire conductors together with a compression tool in a grounding system making them suitable for larger conductors. The E-crimps are made of high strength conductive copper.

ILSCO U-DIES
The U-Dies fit into the jaw of the nVent ILSCO 12-Ton (130 kN) crimping tool and are made out of hardened stainless steel for durability and long life. Effortlessly produce secure connections with the nVent ILSCO U-Dies, nVent ILSCO tools, and nVent ERICO PermaGround C & E Compression Connectors.

ILSCO TASKMASTER 12-TON TOOL
nVent ILSCO TaskMaster tools – 12-Ton (130 kN) Crimping Tool is a pistol grip crimping tool for the nVent ERICO Compression Grounding Connectors line. The C, E crimps are compatible with this tool in addition with the nVent ILSCO Dies.

nVent ERICO PermaGround Figure 6-crimp connector is part of the nVent ERICO PermaGround Connectors line. Figure 6-crimps are used to connect two grounding conductors or a grounding conductor to a ground rod in a grounding system using a compression tool. The Figure 6-crimp connectors are made of high-strength conductive copper. This ensures a low-resistance connection that eliminates the effects of corrosion resulting in longevity of the connection.
